In collaboration with Basque Trade & Investment, the Basque Energy Cluster organised their participation in the event with their own stand at the fair where H2MAT was presented.
The Basque energy sector has demonstrated its leadership in renewables at one of the most important fairs in Japan in this field, REIF 2022 (Renewable Energy Industrial Fair). At the event, which took place from 13th to 15th October, H2MAT participated in the joint stand of the Basque Energy Cluster in collaboration with Basque Trade & Investment.
Fukushima is a particularly interesting region as one of the main cornerstones of the Japanese government’s commitment to deploy renewable energies, and is home to several leading projects in field of hydrogen technologies. In fact, Fukushima is the only Japanese prefecture to launch an initiative recognised as a Hydrogen Valley – the Fukushima Hydrogen Energy Research Field (FH2R).
