The launch meeting was held on 20 September at the premises of the Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa coordinator.
The Elkartek H2MAT+ project seeks to develop knowledge, capabilities and robust methodologies to design, produce and evaluate metallic materials and structures from the point of view of their behaviour in the presence of hydrogen.
The other members of the Basque Science and Technology Network (RVCTI), Azterlan, Ceit, Tubacex Innovación, Tecnalia, UPV/EHU, Vicinay Innovación and the Basque Energy Cluster continue to work on developing their technological capabilities in the field of materials in contact with hydrogen, for which they have laboratories where they carry out mechanical tests.
